ITP Universe

 

ITP master degree at NYU is famous for its wide and unusual approach to technology. Also, to continually adapt and modify its offering to current technology. With courses such as “Physical Computing”, “Farming” and “Puppets and Performing Objects”, among many others, I was curious to see how they all relate among themselves by using big data manipulation tools and data visualization.

Python allowed me to pull the information from all courses with their description from ITP’s API and build bi-node graph and Gephi software allowed me to explore different data visualization options.
